Wife or husband, business partner, opposition in Political Astrology, animosity for the Ascendant, called as ‘Astha Stana’, Madana Stana (house of female enjoyment), also called ‘Jamithra’, travel in Prashna Shastra, extra marital influence, marriage act, loss of money through marriage (posited planet decides the happiness or otherwise after marriage).

Positional Signification

12^th from 8^th loss of longevity due to 7L or planet posited in 7H,

11^th from 9^th father’s profit (from / to), Dharma Sthana profit, father’s personal effects,

10^th from 10^th Karmic Influence, distinction and merits in career, public service, social and humanitarian projects, victories in battles and disputes,

9^th from 11^th eldest brother’s prosperity,

8^th from 12^th fines, pleas, death of enemies,

6^th from 2^nd family feuds, fugitives,

5^th from 3^rd youngest co-born’s luck and higher education,

4^th from 4^th  mother’s property or properties from maternal side, happiness from landed property, vehicles, from underground wealth like water resources or landing up in problems due to water percolation from underneath buildings (malefics in 7H),

3^rd from 5^th educational happiness, children’s adventure or valour,

2^nd from 6^th money from maternal uncle and from service.

7^th Lord in different houses:

8H – Wife sickly, loss of conjugal happiness, wife wealthy if 7L is a benefic and owns good house counted from 7^th.  8H will be 2^nd from 7^th and will therefore be Dhana Bhava for wife.

9H – Many women will come in his life, wealthy, happy, gains after marriage.

10H – Happy, wife may also be earning and a little dominating, success in business partnership.

11H – Gains after marriage or through wife, good children.

12H – Bad position for 7L as 12H will be 6^th from 7^th and therefore, the house of diseases, debts and enemies for the wife. Result – sickly wife, loss of wealth through wife or on account of her health. In female horoscope sickly or poor husband.
